Freshman (2012): Made six starts and saw time in all 15 matches ... led all freshmen with two goals, one assist and seven overall points ... recorded first career goal at Idaho State (9/28/12) ... notched the game-winng goal and assisted on another at North Dakota (10/14/12).

Prep/Club: Four year letter winner at Lehi High School ... helped the Pioneers to a third place finish in the state tournament in her sophomore season ... member of the '94 Utah Avalanche and was part of a team that competed in the Vegas Cup, Vegas Player Showcase, Denver Regional, Carlsbad Nights Showcase and the Phoenix SC del Sol Presidents Day Tournament ... participated in the Utah ODP from 2008-2010.

Personal: Parents are Bruce and Taunya Cook … plans on studying nutrition.
