CEDAR CITY, Utah – Southern Utah University's Thunderbird Club will host its fall kickoff event, the “Prime on the Sidelines” dinner, on Wednesday, August 26 starting at 6:00 p.m. inside Eccles Coliseum. In order to promote the growth of the Club, all first time members will be invited to attend as complimentary guests to see the great fan experience that his organization offers.

The SUU tradition of "Prime on the Sidelines" is a tremendous success every year. This event gives fans got the rare opportunity to dine with athletes and coaches inside Eccles Coliseum.

The dinner features a delicious prime rib entree and is open to all. The evening will feature entertainment provided by the popular local band Spilbeedog, which features SUU head football coach Ed Lamb on the bass guitar.

The Prime on the Sidelines serves as the Thunderbird Club's official kickoff function. Those interested in joining the club can do so during the dinner and still receive all club benefits, including priority seating opportunities at football and basketball games and the complimentary prime rib dinner.

Tickets will be available at the SUU ticket office located on the west side of Centrum Arena or online at TBirdTickets.com.
