The Southern Utah University Thunderbird Club is excited to announce major changes to the giving levels and benefits available when you join for the upcoming season!
The new opportunities start with the inclusion of the “Alumni” giving level. Recent SUU graduates can now join the Thunderbird Club at a first-year discounted price of their graduating year ($20.15, if graduating in 2015). This provides them the chance to experience the benefits of Thunderbird Club membership
Another exciting addition to the member benefits is an official Adidas Thunderbird Club shirt, along with an official membership card, which grants you a 20% discount at the SUU Bookstore and Coaches Luncheons.
There are various donation levels available within the organization, with benefits starting for just $100 per year. The $100 “Starter” level will now receive reserved parking and priority seating at all SUU home football games.
The $250 “Game Day” level features concessions discounts and two complimentary tickets to the weekly Coaches Luncheons. A truly unique experience to the Thunderbird Club, the Coaches Luncheons give you an opportunity to meet and have lunch with SUU coaches and student-athletes.
Donors at the $500 “Prime” level will receive two complimentary tickets to the “Prime on the Sidelines,” a $50 value (tickets sold separately are $25 a piece). This annual event serves as the fall kickoff for the Thunderbird Club with the opportunity to enjoy a delicious prime rib dinner and entertainment provided by the popular local band Spilbeedog while interacting with SUU student-athletes, coaches administrators and other fans.
At the $1,000 “Coaches” level, benefits include first priority for any postseason tickets, a special invitation to a postgame football chat with the SUU coaching staff, and two women's sports passes. Normally priced at $50 each, women's sports passes get you into to all volleyball, gymnastics, and women's basketball games for the entire year for free!
The final giving level, the “Team” level, starts at $3,000 and above. This level offers signed team memorabilia, access to exclusive SUU coaches apparel, in addition to all previously mentioned benefits.
Finally, all new members to the Thunderbird Club will earn two complimentary tickets to our favorite event, “Prime on the Sidelines.”
