CEDAR CITY, Utah - For the third season in a row the No. 24 Thunderbird men's cross country team has qualified to compete at the NCAA National Championships.
The announcement was made on Saturday, following a sixth place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regional, one of the toughest regions in the entire country.
This marks the third season in a row that the Thunderbirds will travel to Nationals as a team, and the fourth time in school history they have accomplished the same feat.
The National Championships will be held in Terre Haute, Indiana, and the meet will be hosted by Indiana State University.
Currently the Thunderbirds sit as the No. 24 team in the entire country.
The National Championships will be ran on November 19.
