CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah University women's basketball team and head coach Tracy Mason are excited to announce the signing of Olivia Malafu, who will join the Thunderbirds in Fall of 2024.

Olivia Malafu joins the Thunderbirds from Kapa'a, Hawaii, where she played high school basketball for Kapa'a High School and for the club team Lightning Highlight.

"Olivia is a strong, physical player with tremendous hands. She's terrific in the paint but can also stretch the floor. She will bring a special toughness and great athleticism to this team."
