CEDAR CITY, UTAH -- The Thunderbirds' Men's Basketball team will be back in the AFEC on Tuesday, playing host to Bethesda University of California at 6:30 p.m. The Thunderbirds are looking for their first win of the 2025-26 season.
Head Coach Rob Jeter said
"There's a lot we can improve on, and this will be a good opportunity to do just that. Hopefully we can play in a way that makes the fans and supporters of SUU Basketball proud."

The Thunderbirds have never lost to Bethesda. Touting a perfect 7-0 record that dates back to the 2016 season.
SUU Last Time Out
Nine different Thunderbirds recorded points against UTRGV, with Feroah leading the way with a new career-high 24.
With his eight blocks, Jaiden Feroah put himself in SUU's history books with the second-most blocks in a single game.
Feroah was unbelievable for the Thunderbirds. Pouring in 24 points on 8-12 from the field, pulling down 10 rebounds, and racking up an insane eight blocks on the night.
Dylan Jones was 3-6 from deep.
Elijah Duval scored nine points, had two rebounds, and four assists to lead the Thunderbirds.

Cameron Durr leads the Flames in scoring with 13 per game. Taeo Thomas and Edward Spencer aren't far behind at 10 and 11, respectively.
Durr and Spencer went for 17 points each against a familiar WAC opponent, Utah Tech. They each made a pair of three-pointers as well.
Durr also scored 12 points against UC Irvine on 5-17 from the field.
