CEDAR CITY, UTAH -- The SUU Men's Basketball team is finally back home after a three-game road trip in Nebraska and then Washington state. The Thunderbirds are hosting Nobel University on Saturday in the America First Event Center.
Head Coach Rob Jeter said
"We are excited to be back home, we had a tough road trip, but we learned a lot about who we are and what we need to work on to get to where we want to be."

This will be the first time Southern Utah and Nobel University square off.
The Thunderbirds
SUU is averaging 77 points per game but allowing over 90 to opponents. The T-Birds are shooting nearly 44% from the field and 29% from behind the arc.
The total rebounding numbers have receded slightly for the 'Birds. Now averaging 37.7 rebounds per game while teams are getting 38.2 per contest. The total assist numbers for the T-Birds aren't bad, averaging just under 15 per game.
Jaiden Feroah leads the WAC in blocked shots by a wide margin, already with 19 on the year.
Feroah also leads the team in scoring, coming in at 12.3 per game at 57/38/94 shooting percentages. Elijah Duval is just behind him, averaging 11.8 points per game. Duval leads the team is steals (10) and assists (24)
Dylan Jones has come alive from behind the three-point line, making five of his 10 attempts at Washington State. He leads the team with 15 three-pointers on the year.
The Knights
The Knights won their first contest of the year, 95-62, versus Cal Miramar University, but have since lost five straight.
Nobel will play at Utah Tech the night before coming up to Cedar City to play the Thunderbirds.
Mykale Mundy scored 15 points against Montana State and Long Beach State.Â
