OUT 2011: Did not compete. OUT 2010: Did not compete ... was named to the 2010 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic all- League Team ... was named to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence. OUT 2009: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season ... scored points for the T-Birds at the Summit League Conference Outdoor Championships, placing sixth in the men’s 10k and helping them to a first place finish.

IN 2011: Competed in two meets during the indoor season, running in the 3,000-meters.  IN 2010: Competed in five meets during the indoor season ... was a member of the team that placed third at the 2010 Summit League Indoor Track and Field Championships.  IN 2009: Competed in three meets during the indoor season ... member of the distance medley relay team at the indoor conference championships. 

XC 2010: Competed in three meets during the cross country season. XC 2009:  Competed in six meets during the cross country season ... was a member of the team that took second place at the 2009 Summit League cross country championships ... was named to the 2009 Summit League Fall Academic all-League Team ... was named to the 2009-2010 Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence for Cross Country. XC 2008: Competed in six meets during the cross country season ... helped the Thunderbirds to the team title at the 2008 Summit League cross country championships.
