• Represented the Thunderbirds at NCAA West Prelims, finishing 39th in the 400-meter
• Claimed a Gold Medal in the 400-meter at the Big Sky Championships
• Part of SUU's 4x400 Team that clinched the 2019 Big Sky Conference Championship for the Thunderbirds
• Part of SUU's 4x100 Team that claimed a Silver Medal for the T-Birds
• Competed in seven meets for the Thunderbirds

• Competed in five meets for the Thunderbirds
• Claimed the Big Sky Individual Champion in the 400-meter with a time of 47.54
• Part of the third place 4x400 team at the Big Sky Championships
• Finished first in the 200-meter at the Mountain T's Invitational
• Moved up in the school record to hold the sixth best time in the 60-meter with a time of 6.86

• Competed in five meets for the Thunderbirds
• Claimed Big Sky Champion in the 400-meter with the time of 46.63
• Placed tenth at the Big Sky Championships in the 200-meter
• Broke the school record in the 200-meter with a time of 21.18

2017 | Junior Outdoor

• Represented the Thunderbirds at the NCAA West Regionals in Austin, Texas
• Ran in the 400-meter in Austin, finishing 44th in the West
• Silver Medalist in the 400-meter dash at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Championships
• Part of 4x400 team that claimed the Conference Championship in Sacramento
• Ran the 2nd fastest 400-meter time in Southern Utah University history with a mark of 46.88

2016 | Sophomore Outdoor

• Competed in 16 outdoor races during the 2016 season
• Finished first at the UVU collegiate invite in the 400 M with a 48.27 mark
• Finished first at the UNLV Invitational and Shelia Tarr Multis in the 4x4 with a 3:16.80 mark
• 100 M season/career best 10.58
• 200 M season/career best 21.53
• 400 M season/ career best 48.09

2016 | Sophomore Indoor

• Competed in 12 indoor races during the 2016 season
• Placed second in the 200 M at the Big Sky Indoor track and field Championship
• 60 M season best 6.98
• 200 M season best 21.78
• 400 M season best 48.55

2015 | Freshman Indoor

• Competed in five meets during the indoor season competing in the 60-meter and 200-meter dash
• Placed third at the Mountain T's Invitational in the 200-meter dash
• Competed at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships in the 60-meter and 200-meter dash. Placed fourth in both events

• 60-meter: 6.82
• 100-meter: 10.58
• 200-meter: 21.11
• 400-meter: 46.55

Prep: 

• Prepped at Cimarron-Memoral HS competing in track and field and basketball
• First place state finish in the 4x100-meter relay as a junior
• Second place state finish in the 200-meter as a senior.
