• Aztec Invitational
  • Placed 11th in the 110m hurdles with a time of 15.18 seconds.
• UVU Invitational
  • Placed fifth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.98 seconds.
• SUU Coliseum Championships
  • Finished first in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.38 seconds.
  • Took second in the pole vault with a distance of 15'5"
• BYU Robison Invitational
  • Took fifth in the pole vault with a distance of 15'4.25"
• WAC Outdoor Championships
  • Finished the 110m hurdles prelims with a time of 15.36 seconds
  • Finished the pole vault finals with a height of 15.2.25"

2024 Indoors:

• BYU Cougar Invitational 
  • Placed third overall in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.21 seconds.
• Lumberjack Team Challenge
  • Placed second in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.14 seconds.
  • Hit PR in the pole vault with 15'-03.00"
• Stacy Dragila Invitational
  • Placed second in the 60m hurdles with 8.12 seconds
  • Placed fourth in the pole vault with 15'03"
• 2024 WAC Indoor Championships
  • Tied sixth in the pole vault with a distance of 16'01.75". Good for 2.5 team points.

2023 Outdoors:

• 100 Meters: Ran 11.51 seconds with a wind reading of 1.5 m/s.
• 400 Meters: Recorded a time of 55.58 seconds.
• 1500 Meters: Completed the race in 5 minutes and 40.74 seconds.
• 110 Hurdles: Achieved a time of 15.19 seconds with a wind reading of 3.9 m/s. Also ran 15.28 seconds with a wind reading of 0.4 m/s and 15.84 seconds with a wind reading of 0.4 m/s in separate competitions.
• High Jump: Cleared a height of 1.78 meters.
• Pole Vault: Vaulted to heights of 4.25 meters and 4.58 meters in different competitions.
• Long Jump: Achieved a distance of 5.98 meters with a wind reading of 1.7 m/s.
• Shot Put: Threw the shot put to a distance of 14.66 meters. Also recorded distances of 13.02 meters and 12.15 meters in separate competitions.
• Discus: Threw the discus to distances of 39.46 meters, 42.52 meters, and 42.62 meters in different competitions.
• Javelin: Threw the javelin to a distance of 51.19 meters.
• Decathlon: Scored 6410 points in the decathlon.

2023 Indoors:

• 60 Hurdles: Ran the 60-meter hurdles in 16.41 seconds.
• High Jump: Cleared a height of 1.83 meters.
• Pole Vault: Achieved a height of 4.45 meters.
• Long Jump: Achieved a distance of 6.37 meters.
• Shot Put: Threw the shot put to a distance of 14.64 meters.
• Heptathlon: Scored 4591 points in the heptathlon.

2022 Outdoors:

• 100 Meters: Ran the 100 meters with times of 11.27 seconds, 11.22 seconds, 11.14 seconds, and 11.19 seconds in different competitions.
• 400 Meters: Recorded times of 55.13 seconds and 55.40 seconds.
• 1500 Meters: Completed the race in 5 minutes and 47.95 seconds.
• 110 Hurdles: Achieved times of 15.16 seconds, 15.13 seconds, and 15.20 seconds in different competitions.
• High Jump: Cleared heights of 1.81 meters and 1.82 meters in different competitions.
• Pole Vault: Vaulted to heights of 3.82 meters and 4.00 meters in different competitions.
• Long Jump: Achieved distances of 6.24 meters and 6.08 meters in different competitions.
• Shot Put: Threw the shot put to distances of 14.89 meters, 14.63 meters, and 13.85 meters in different competitions.
• Discus: Threw the discus to distances of 41.72 meters, 44.37 meters, 45.03 meters, 44.35 meters, and 42.27 meters in different competitions.

• 60 Meters: Ran 7.42 seconds and 7.30 seconds in different competitions.
• 1000 Meters: Completed the race in 3 minutes and 21.01 seconds.
• 60 Hurdles: Achieved times of 8.51 seconds and 8.76 seconds in different competitions.
• High Jump: Cleared heights of 1.84 meters and 1.85 meters in different competitions.
• Pole Vault: Vaulted to heights of 3.66 meters and 3.50 meters in different competitions.
• Long Jump: Achieved distances of 6.04 meters and 5.86 meters with wind readings of +0.0 m/s.
• Shot Put: Threw the shot put to distances of 14.19 meters, 14.40 meters, 14.36 meters, and 14.94 meters in different competitions.
