Walked on to the team last fall and wound up earning a starting spot at cornerback, finished fourth among returning defensive backs with 36 tackles, 26 solo, also had a sack and a pass deflection.

@%& Personal: Prepped at Salt Lake City’s Cottonwood High, where he was a team captain, earning first-team all-region and honorable mention all-state honors playing receiver and defensive back. Had over 1,100 yards of total offense and tallied 40 tackles with an interception and 15 PBUs his senior season. Served an LDS mission to Nairobi, Kenya. Born 8-14-81 in Salt Lake City. Parents are Barbara and Jay. Is undecided upon a major.
