2024: 8th Season at SUU
Durining the 2023 campaign, Measom helped the Thunderbirds to an impressive 6-5 record, the first winning season since 2017 for Southern Utah. Additionally Measom has coached several players over the last two seasons who have received accolades from both the WAC and the United Athletic Conference. Measom mentored Isaiah Wooden who set records for the Thunrderbirds and was signed to a free agent Contract by the Atlanta Falcons following the 2024 NFL Draft.
In the 2022 season, Measom helped lead the Thunderbirds to a 5-6 overall record with a 2-3 mark in Western Athletic Conference play.
Following a successful career as a member of the Thunderbird football team, Brady Measom joined the coaching staff at SUU in January of 2017 as a Graduate Assistant, and has worked his way into the position of Director of Operations. Measom started his current role of coaching the wide receivers in 2021.
As Director of Operations, Measom was in charge of running the day-to-day aspects of the team, including scheduling, travel, academics, equipment, scholarships and budgeting. It is his responsibility to communicate and work with student-athletes, the coaching staff, athletic administration and school administration on a daily basis to help the program run as smoothly as possible.
He also spent time on the T-Bird football staff as an Offensive Assistant, working with both quarterbacks and wide receivers.
Measom was a team captain for the Thunderbirds during his tenure and served on the leadership committee, along with putting up impressive stats in the wide receiver position.
He graduated from SUU with a Master’s of Accountancy in 2018.
