2018: Four Season at SUU, Third as Assistant Coach

Former Thunderbird student-athlete Jared Ursua was moved into the position of wide receivers coach and co-recruiting coordinator when Demario Warren was named head coach ahead of the 2016 season.

Ursua served as the Director of Football Operations during the 2015 season.

The receiver core for SUU was led by Landen Measom in 2017, who caught 53 passes for four touchdowns. Bryan Beckson, Isaiah Diego-Williams, Ty Rutledge and Alex Croyle all caught more than 20 passes for Southern Utah.

Ursua played wide receiver and returned kicks for Southern Utah.

Jared is married to Sara Ursua.
