Shane Braman is in his first season as a member of the Thunderbird staff. Coach Braman will work with the running backs and tight ends while he completes his degree in physical education with a coaching emphais.

A native of Westport, Mass., Braman began his coaching career in 1995 at Bishop Stang High School, in Dartmouth, Mass. Following that season he entered the U.S. Air Force, where he was a combat arms instructor during his three-year tour.

Following his service in the Air Force, Coach Braman enrolled at the University of Massachusetts, where he began work on his degree. He spent the last three seasons as offensive coordinator at Jackson Hole High School in Jackson Hole, Wyo.

Coach Braman and his wife, Michelle, are the parents of one daughter, Emily Grace.
