At SUU, 2010: Played in all 11 games at fullback and tight end, carried four times for 29 yards, also caught 10 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown. Returned on kickoff 17 yards. Is fourth among returning players in all-purpose yards with 203.
At SUU, 2009: Missed the first six games of the season after suffering an injury during fall camp but finished fourth on the team in rushing with 20 carries for 91 yards in his five games. Averaged 4.6 yards per garry and 18.2 per game. Also caught four passes for 30 yards and a touchdown, with the score coming at South Dakota.
At SUU, 2008: Carried 26 times for 107 yards and a touchdown last season. His best game was at North Dakota where he carried 18 times for 70 yards. Picked up 37 yards on six carries in 2009 spring game.
At SUU, 2005: Redshirted prior to serving an LDS Church mission.
Personal: Graduate of Utah’s Cyprus High School, where he was first-team all-state pick his senior season. Played running back, quarterback and safety. Was responsible for 15 touchdowns, 12 rushing, two passing and one on a kickoff return his senior season when he piled up 1,608 all-purpose yards, including 971 passing and 268 on returns. As a DB he tallied 129 solo tackles, picked off four passes and recovered five fumbles. Also lettered in baseball and track & field. Was a team captain, his school’s student-body president and his school’s homecoming king. Parents are Olevia and Henna Brown, Sr. Is majoring in communications.
