At SUU, 2005: Sat out the final eight games after suffering an injury at Texas State. Tallied four solo tackles and broke up a pass in the opener at Idaho State and four total (two solo) at Texas State. 2004: Was a part-time starter at cornerback, finished the season second among corners, fourth among DBs and fifth among returning players with 31 tackles, also had three PBUs, two TFLs and an interception.

Personal: Played two seasons at Phoenix College where he played corner, receiver and returned kicks and was a pre-season Player to Watch as well as an an all-WSFL performer. Tallied 60 tackles with three interceptions and 10 pass break-ups in his two seasons at PCC. Prepped at Turner Carroll HS in Buffalo, N.Y., where he played quarterback, passing for over 4,000 yards and rushing for over 2,000 during his career. Earned all-state and all-Catholic High School honors and was named his team’s MVP twice as he helped the Chargers to three straight division championships. Lettered in basketball, helping his team to a pair of titles. Parents are Susan and the late David Zelasko. Majoring in physical education.
