At SUU, 2011: Moved to fullback from
offensive line in spring, appeared in the first 10 games at fullback, with four
starts, then started the season finale at center after injuries along the
Thunderbird line forced the move. Goes into spring 2012 as the team's starting
center.
At SUU, 2010: Played in the first three games but suffered in injury at Texas State and sat out the rest of the year in rehab.
At SUU, 2009: Made the switch from linebacker to tight end, appeared in all 11 games, primarily on special teams.
At SUU, 2008: Played in five games as a true freshman, tallied two tackles as a reserve linebacker and special teams player. Tallied one solo tackle in the 2009 spring game. Makes the move from linebacker to tight end this fall.
Personal: Prepped at Cedar High School, where he was a consensus all-state and all-region selection his senior season after leading the Redmen in tackles and helping the team to the region’s 3A championship. Also lettered in wrestling, finishing fifth in the state his junior year and third as a senior. Parents are Grace and Dave Fox. Is undecided upon a major course of study.
