Prior to SUU: Spent two seasons at Colorado State University, including a redshirt year, prior to transferring to SUU this fall. Was named the Rams' scout team player of the year.

Personal: Prepped at Parker HS where he earned all-conference honors as a quarterback his senior season after setting every one of the school's single-season and career passing records. Threw for over 2,100 yards as a senior for Coach Ed Steven's Wolverines when he also ran for 500 yards. Also lettered in basketball, volleyball and track & field, earning all-conference honors in hoops and volleyball. Helped the Wolverine basketball team to a pair of region championships and the track team to one. Mother is Shaun Gann. Served an LDS church mission to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Is undecided upon a major course of study.
