At SUU, 2008: Played in all 11 games at tackle.

At SUU, 2007: Spent the season as a redshirt.

Personal: Graduate of Utah’s Cyprus High School, where he was first-team all-region and a consensus first-team all-state pick his senior season in 2003. Also lettered in baseball, where he was an all-regoin and all-state selection. Parents are Karen and Randy Ellis. Is majoring in computer science.
