Biography

At SUU, 2011: Appeared in 10 games with a start at fullback and one at nose tackle at Cal Poly but didn't get a touch. Tallied one tackle.

At SUU, 2010: Appeared in seven games, primarily at fullback but also played nose tackle against Cal Poly’s option attack. Carried just once but made the most of his opportunity, going one yard for a TD against Dixie State.

At SUU, 2009: Squad member.

At SUU, 2008: Spent the season as a redshirt.

Personal: Graduate of Bountiful High School where he played fullback and middle linebacker for coach Larry Wall’s Braves. Earned first-team all-region, second-team all-county and honorable meniton all-state honors his senior season when he rushed for 1,200 yards and made 30 tackles. Was also a starting inside center on the Highland Rugby team, which finished as national runner-up in 2006. Parents are Sione Talia’uli and Mele Tupoutaanea Ika. Is majoring in communication.
