Prior to SUU: Transfer from Oregon State where he spent the 2011 season as a redshirt before appearing in three games in 2012. Completed 6-of-9 passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in 2012.

Personal: Prepped at Oaks Christian HS where he helped lead his team to a 26-3 record his final two years. Earned second-team all-Marmonte League honors and served as a team captain his senior season when he completed 206-of-330 passes (.62 percent) for 2,617 yards and 34 touchdowns and also ran for a pair of scores. Best game was in the 2010 championship when he threw for over 300 yards and engineered a drive that gave Coach Bill Redell's Lions a 29-28 victory. Served as a team captain. Was named MVP of the Ventura County All-Star Game and also played in the Daily News East-West All-Star Game. Parents are Cheryl Johnson and Richard Harrington. Plans to major in communications.
