Personal: Prepped at Jordan High School, where he was a three-year starter in both football and baseball who lettered in basketball as well. Finished his career second on Utah's total offense after tallying 6,625 yards. A two-time first-team all-state quarterback as well as Region Two's Offensive Player of the year in 2005 and MVP in 2006. Paced all Utah quarterbacks in passing yards and touchdown passes his senior season. Helped the JHS baseball team to a Utah 5A state title his senior season and was named the school's Male Athlete of the Year that same year. Parents are Colleen and Rob Schick and Ron Taylor. Is undecided upon a major course of study.
