Tallied five tackles playing safety and on special teams last year before seeing his season cut short by injury in the second game at Weber State. Redshirted in 2000 prior to LDS church mission to Ecuador.

@%& Personal: Two-time all-state selection and a 1999 USA Today Player to Watch at Murray High, where he tallied 103 tackles his senior year, with nine tackles-for-loss, three interceptions and three fumbles forced. Was a two-year team captain as well as a two-year captain of the track team. Born 5-3-82 in Salt Lake City. Parents are Leslie and Wade. Is undecided upon a major course of study.
