• Appeared in all 12 games for the Thunderbirds

2016 | Junior Season

• Appeared in all 11 games
• Totaled two tackles for loss and one sack during the season
• Finished the year with nine tackles 

2015 | Redshirt Season

• Did not participate due to an injury 

2014 | Sophomore Season

• Played in 11 games
• Totaled 41 yards on 23 rushes and one touchdown
• Caught 5 passes for 28 yards
• 1.8 average per rush, 5.6 average per catch and 3.7 total offense average per game

2013 | Freshman Season

• Played in 12 games and finished fifth on the team with 156 net rushing yards, also caught four passes for 14 yards and a touchdown
• Carried 15 times for 53 yards, both season-highs, in the win at Montana State

Prep:

• Graduate of Kearns High School where he earned first-team all-region and his team's Player of the Year honors his senior season when he had over 500 all-purpose yards on offense and over 60 tackles, with six sacks, on the defensive side of the ball
• Lettered in basketball and track & field at KHS
• Was Student Body President and Team Captain at Kearns High School

• Parents are Lita and Junior Afatasi, brother Lehi is also a Thunderbird
• Married to Marli Langford Afatasi
• Has a son named Atticus Faitotea Afatasi
• Majoring in Exercise Science
• Served an LDS church mission to Santiago, Dominican Republic
• Is the oldest and shortest (but cutest) for five kids
