Biography
At SUU, 2012-13: Came off the bench in every game. Scored a career-high 10 points with a career-best three rebounds vs. CS Fullerton. Hit 2-of-3 shots, both threes, against San Diego Christian to finish with six points, also had a pair of assists and a rebound vs. the Hawks. Played a season-high 25 minutes against NAU, hit 2-of-2 free throws in crunch time and dished out three assists without committing a turnover. Tied his career-high with 10 points at Idaho State when he hit 3-of-3 3-pointers and 1-of-2 FTs, also had an assist and a steal in 22 minutes on the court. Scored eight points on 3-of-5 shooting (2-4 threes) with two assists and a steal in SUU’s Big Sky tournament game against North Dakota.
At SUU, 2011-12: Finished season with scoring, assists and rebounding averages of 0.7 per game. Came off the bench in 23 games. Scored two points with a rebound and an assist vs. UC Davis. Scored two points with an assist vs. San Diego State. Pulled down a career-best two rebounds at Troy. Tied his career-high with two rebounds vs. SDSU, scored two points with an assist in a career-high 21 minutes on the court.
At Park Hill HS: Averaged 21.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.7 steals per game for Coach David Garrison’s Trojans at Park Hill High, helping lead the team to a conference championship. He was named first-team all-state, all-conference and all-district as well as the conference player of the year. Was a DiRenna Award finalist, the award honoring the Kansas City-area MVP. An honor roll student and academic letterman, Nsenki also lettered in football and soccer at PHHS. He also served on the student council.
