Biography

2006-07 Highlights: Started every game. Ranked 11th in the Mid-Con (league games only) in rebounding (4.9 per game), field goal percentage (.500) and minutes played per game (34.07 mpg); when all regular-season games are considered he ranked 17th in rebounding (4.1 rpg) and 10th in minutes played (32.72 mpg). Ranked second on team in assists (2.3 apg), rebounds (4.1 rpg) and defensive rebounds (2.8 rpg), as well as in minutes played. Had three assists, four rebounds and a steal at both Valpo and Western Illinois. Co-led team with 16 points vs. Oakland, also had a pair of rebounds. Matched his career assists high with six vs. IUPUI, also had 11 points and seven boards vs. the Jaguars. Had nine points and six boards at ORU. Hit 3-of-4 shots, scored eight with four assists and had seven rebounds vs. UMKC. Put up a career-high 19 points with seven boards, two assists, two blocks and a steal vs. Valpo. Scored 10 with seven rebounds, an assist and a block vs. Western Illinois. Swatted a pair of shots, pulled down four rebounds and finished with eight points at UMKC. Tallied career-highs of 10 rebounds and six assists vs. Western State to lead the team in both categories. Had 12 points, five boards and four assists vs. Chicago State when he hit 4-of-5 shots , missing only a three. Hit 4-of-6 shots, 2-of-4 threes at Weber St., finished with 12 points, three rebounds, two assists and a block. Scored nine points and tied his then-career high with four rebounds vs. Weber State, also dished out three assists and had a steal in 39 minutes on the floor. Scored a then-career-high 13 points and had four assists in 36 minutes at home against Utah Valley State.

At Cochise College:
A two-time all-Arizona Community College Athletic Conference and all-region selection for Coach Jerry Carrillo. Was named the ACCAC’s Freshman of the Year in 2004-05 and his team’s MVP in 2005-06. Averaged 18.1 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game as a freshman, 14.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.1 assists as a sophomore. Helped his team to an ACCAC championship in 05-06 when the Apaches posted a 28-4 mark and to a 23-8 record as a freshman.

At Durango High School:
Was a four-year letterman for Coach Tim Fitzpatrick’s Demons. Averaged over 15 points, 10 rebounds and two assists per game as a senior when he earned first-team all-region, team MVP and Mr. Rebound honors.
