Coach Tucker is an 18-year professional that has played one year in the ABA, two years in the NBA Development League, and fifteen years in the top leagues of Europe. Including Sweden, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, France, Lebanon, and Argentina.

Tucker graduated in 2003 from UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Leaving the program as their all-time leading scorer as well as three-pointers made and steals.  A two-time first-team all-horizon league performer and two-time first-team all-defense. Tucker led UWM to their first-ever Horizon League tournament championship and NCAA tournament appearance in 2003.
