IN 2012: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, racing in the mile, 3,000-meters, 5,000-meters and distance medley relay ... finished first in the mile at the New Mexico Classic ... tallied points for the T-Birds at the Summit League Championship with second-place finishes in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters and a third-place finish in the mile ... garnered all-Summit League honors and was named Summit League Newcomer of the Year.

XC 2011: Competed in six meets during the season ... finished 19th at the Summit League Championship.

Prep: Prepped at American Fork HS.

Personal: Parents are Terry and Susan West ... sister Danielle West-Jewkes and brother-in-law Nate Jewkes are also Southern Utah T&F athletes.
