Biography

Prep: Prepped at Orem HS, competing in the mile (4:25) and two-mile runs (9:30) on the track and in the three-mile (14:46) and 5,000-meter runs (15:15) in cross country ... placed second in the state in cross country, third in the two-mile run and fifth in the mile in 2008 ... lettered three times each in cross country and track and field.

Personal: Parents are Delyle and Shauri Johnson ... majoring in exercise science ... married Chelsea Clifford, also of Southern Utah T&F/XC, in 2013 ... served an LDS mission in Anaheim, Calif., from 2010-2012.
