• Competed in seven meets for the Thunderbirds including the Big Sky Championships and the NCAA DI Nationals
• Finished with a personal best in the 10K with a time of 30:29.2 at the NCAA Mountain Regionals
• Placed fifth at the UCR Invitational

2018 | Redshirt Junior Outdoor

• Competed in five meets for the Thunderbirds
• Finished 1st at the UCR Spring Break Classic in the 800-meter with a time of 1:52.05
• Placed 1st in the 800-meter and 2nd in the 1,500-meter at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Finished the 1,500-meter at the Bryn Clay Invitational with a personal best time of 3:46.10
• Took 2nd in the 800-meter and the 1,500-meter at the Highlander Twilight Invitational

• Took 9th in the 8,000-meter at the UCR Invitational with a time of 24:24.1, the Thunderbirds won the meet
• Placed 21st at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in the 5 mile recording a time of 24:12.2
• Posted a 74th place finish in the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational Presented By Under Armour with a time of 24:32.5 in the 8,000-meter
• At the Big Sky Conference XC Championships, recorded an 11th place finish with a time of 24:38.2 in the 8,000-meter
• Ran the 6.21167 mile race with a time of 31:30.0 at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships taking 45th
• Placed 114th at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in the 10,000-meter with a time of 30:52.3

2017 | Junior Indoor 

• 2017 Men's Big Sky Outstand Performer at the Big Sky Indoor Championships 
• Big Sky Champion in the 800-meter
• Part of Distance Medley Relay team that broke the Southern Utah University record and was named Big Sky Athletes of the Week twice 
• Broke the school record in the Indoor 800-meter with a converted time of 1:48.82

2016 | Sophomore XC 

• Competed at the NCAA Cross Country National Championships, running the 10K course in 31:18.5
• Competed with the top team for the Thunderbirds all season
• Finished 7th at the 2017 Color Country Invitational

2016 | Sophomore Outdoor

• Won the Big Sky Championships in the 800-meter at the 2016 Outdoor Championships
• Set a new school record and a Nottingham Field Record in the 800-meter with a time of 1:50.08

2016 | Sophomore Indoor

• Competed in seven indoor races.
• Finished first at the Big Sky Championship in the 800 M with a 1:55.71
• Finished first at the NAU Tune Up in the Mile with a 4:21.57 
• Finished first in the 800 M at the Lumber Jack Team Challenge with a 1:55 .66 mark

• Finished first place in the 6K at the ISU Invitational with a time of 19:01.68
• Placed 25th in the UC Riverside Invitational 8K with a time of 24:49.9

• Competed in the 2015 Big Sky Outdoor Championships in both the 800-meter and the 4x400 relay
