• Competed in five meets for the Thunderbirds
• Finished first in the 3,000-mile at the Mountain State Games
• Claimed the seventh best time in the T-Bird record book of 8:08.87 in the 3,000-meter
• Finished second in the 5,000-meter and sixth in the 3,000-meter at the Big Sky Championships

• Competed in five meets for the Thunderbirds including the Big Sky Championships and the NCAA DI Nationals
• Claimed All-Conference status with a ninth place finish at the Big Sky Championships
• Placed sixth at the UCR Invitational
• Finished with a personal best time of 30:14.0 in the 10K at the NCAA Mountain Regionals

2018 | Freshman Outdoor

• Competed in six meets
• Took 2nd in the 3,000-meter and 4th in the 1,500-meter at the Highlander Twilight Invitational
• Competed in the 1,500-meter and the 5,000-meter at the Big Sky Championships
• Placed 4th at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a personal best time of 14:27.90 in the 5,000-meter
• Finished the season with three new personal bests
• All-Academic status

2018 | Freshman Indoor

• Competed in five meets for the T-Birds
• Placed fourth in the mile at the Lumberjack Team Challenge
• Competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 3,000-meter and the distance medley
• Part of the Big Sky Champion distance medley team

2017 | Freshman XC

• Competed in seven races for the Thunderbirds
• Took 5th at the UCR Invitational in the 8,000-meter
• Placed 3rd at the SUU Color Country Invitational in the 6,000-meter 
• Recorded a 24th place finish at the 2017 Big Sky Conference XC Championships with a time of 25:21.2 in the 8,000-meter race
• Finished 76th in the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships

• 1,500-meter: 3:57.12
• 8,000-meter: 24:02.7

Prep:

• Part of 2016 4A State Championship Cross Country team
• Set a time of 4:17 in the 1-mile and a time of 9:08 in the 2-mile
