2024-25: Sophomore Season
- Charlie was the only student-athlete to qualify for all 29 rounds for the Thunderbirds
- He led the team with a 75 season stroke average
- Gillespie finished the year with five rounds of even par or better
- His best finish came at the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate (T15th)
- A second round 67 led to that season-best finish
2023
Gillespie had a phenomenal freshman year, playing in seven tournaments, including all six in the Spring. His best finish was a T18 at the UNC Spring Invitational, where he shot +2 for the event, after a final round 70. He finished the season with a 78 strokes per round average, through 19 rounds played.Â
