XC 2010: Competed in two meets during the cross country season.

Prep: Helped Liberty HS to a pair of cross country regional championships in 2008 and 2009 ... finished his career with personal best times of 4:28.72 (1,600m), 9:12 (3,000m) and 15:10 in the 5,000-meters.

Personal: Parents are Melissa Crawford and Alredo Galan ... majoring in English education.
