OUT 2013: Did not compete. OUT 2012: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season, racing in the 1,500-meters and steeplechase ... named to the Summit League List of Academic Excellence.  OUT 2011: Did not compete.

IN 2013: Did not compete. IN 2012: Competed in two meets during the indoor season, racing in the mile and 3,000-meters. IN 2011: Did not compete.

XC 2012: Competed in two meets during the cross country season.  XC 2011: Competed in one meet during the season.

Prep: Prepped at Central Valley HS, recording personal bests of 16:27 in cross country, 9:57 in the 3,200-meters, 4:37.9 in the 1,600-meters and 2:04.6 in the 800-meters ... lettered four times in both track and cross country.

Personal: Parents are Lynn and Mark Cesal ... majoring in mathematics ... married SUU distance runner Armarose Bailey in January, 2012.
