• 400 Meters: Ashton Miller achieved a time of 50.10 seconds at the Ron Mann Classic on February 3-4, 2023.
• 800 Meters: Ashton Miller recorded a time of 2:04.29 at the Ron Mann Classic on February 3-4, 2023.
• 4 x 400 Relay: Ashton Miller's team achieved a time of 3:28.06 at the 2023 BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational on January 12-14, 2023.

2023 Outdoors:

• 400 Hurdles: Ashton Miller achieved the following times in the 400 hurdles event:

  • 54.35 seconds at the 2023 Utah Tech Invitational on March 10-11, 2023.
  • 53.73 seconds at the 2023 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 11-13, 2023.
