• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, racing in the 800-meters, 1,500-meters and 5,000-meters
• Finished third for the Thunderbirds in the 5,000-meters at the Summit League Championship
• Garnered all-Summit League recognition
• Named an academic all-Summit League student athlete  

OUT 2011:

• Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, running in the 1,500-meters, 5,000-meters and 4x400-meter relay
• Tallied points for the Thunderbirds by finishing fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the Summit League Championship

IN 2014: 

• Did not compete

IN 2013: 

• Competed in six meets during the indoor season, racing in the mile, 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters
• Helped the T-Birds to a fifth-place team finish with a fifth-place individual finish in the 5,000-meter run

IN 2012:

• Competed in four meets during the indoor season, racing in the mile, 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters
• Finished sixth in the 5,000-meters and eighth in the 3,000-meters at the Summit League Championship

IN 2011:

• Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running in the mile, 3k and 5k
• Took home a second-place finish in the 3k at the Bronco Open
• Competed for the Thunderbirds at the Summit League championships, placing 11th in the 5k and 13th in the 3k

XC 2013: 

• Competed in four meets during the season
• Placed 13th at the Big Sky Conference Championships
• Competed at Regionals placing 55th in he men's 10k.  XC 2012: Competed in six meets during the cross country season
• Led the Thunderbirds with a first-place finish at the Idaho State Invitational
• Scored for the T-Birds at the Big Sky Championship, placing 16th in the men's 8k 

XC 2011:

• Competed in six meets during the season
• Finished 17th at the Summit League Championship
