Biography

OUT 2012: Competed in one meet during the outdoor season, racing in the 400-meters.  OUT 2011: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season, running in the 400-meters, 800-meters and 4x400-meter relay ... garnered academic all-Summit League honors. 

IN 2012: Competed in three meets during the indoor season, racing in the 400-meters, 800-meters and 4x400-meters.  IN 2011: Did not compete.

Prep:  Prepped at Utah's Bingham High School, recording personal best times of 49.2 in the 400-meters and 1:55.5 in the 800-meters ... placed third at state in the 800-meters and sixth at state in the 400-meters.

Personal:  Parents are Al and Julie Peterson ... majoring in exercise science.
