OUT 2012: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season, racing in the 400-meters and 400-meter hurdles ... garnered academic all-Summit League and Distinguished Scholar recognition.  OUT 2011: Did not compete.  OUT 2010: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, running in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400 relay ... honored as an Academic all-Summit League athlete.  OUT 2009:  NCAA West Region qualifier in the men's 4x400-meter relay ... member of the Summit League champion 4x400-meter relay team ... also scored at the outdoor championship, finishing second in the men's 400-meter hurdles ... competed in a total of eight meets during the outdoor season.  OUT 2008: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season ... first-team all conference and member of the conference champion 4x400-meter relay team. 

IN 2012: Did not compete.  IN 2011: Did not compete.  IN 2010: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, running in the 400m and 4x400m relay ... finished in seventh place in the 400m at the conference championships ... ran on the 4x400 relay team that finished in fourth place at the conference champioships ... was named to the Summit League Indoor Track and Field all- League team.  IN 2009:  Competed in six meets during the indoor season ...  finalist in the men's 400-meters at the indoor championships ... also scored in the men's 4x400-meter relay, finishing fourth after running the third leg.  IN 2008: Competed in five meets during the season ... ran in the 400m, DMR and 4x400 meter relay.

Prep:  Ten-time letter winner in track and field at Grand County HS ... first team all-state in football as a senior ... member of the 2007 state championship and 2006 region champion 4x100-meter relay team ... also letter in basketball (one) and football (three).
