OUT 2011: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season, sprinting in the 100-meter dash ... garnered academic all-Summit League honors.  OUT 2010: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season, running in the 100m ... honored as an academic all-Summit League student-athlete.  OUT 2009: Competed in two meets during the outdoor season ... garnered all-conference honors by finishing third in the men's 4x100-meter relay. 

IN 2011: Did not compete.  IN 2010: Competed in three meets during the indoor season, running in the 60m.  IN 2009: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... recorded season-best times of 7.09 in the 60-meters and 23.05 in the 200-meters.

Prep:  2005 Utah state titles in the 100- and 200-meters ... fourth-place finisher in the long jump at the 2005 Utah state championships ... first-team all-state football selection in 2004 ... 2005 Utah Track Coaches Association 2A Athlete of the year.

Personal:  Parents are Carl and Sheila Howard ... majoring in English ... served an LDS church mission in Riverside, Calif.
