• Competed in all six meets for the Thunderbirds
• Placed 5th in the Big Sky Championships with a time of 24:08.7
• Placed 8th in the UCR Invitational with a time of 24:18.7
• Ran in the NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championship and place 19th with a time of 30:46.2
• Came in 3rd for the Thunderbirds at the National Championship

2017 | Junior Outdoor

• Represented the Thunderbirds at the NCAA West Regionals in Austin, Texas
• Ran in the 10,000-meter and finished in 21st place with a time of 30:30.48
• Earned the Silver Medal in the 10,000-meter at the 2017 Big Sky Championships
• Earned a Bronze Medal in the 5,000-meter at the 2017 Big Sky Championships
• Ran the 6th fastest outdoor 10,000-meter time in Southern Utah history with a 29:27.91
• Ran the 8th fastest outdoor 5,000-meter time in Southern Utah history with a 14:09.44

2017 | Junior Indoor

• Earned a Silver Medal in the 5,000-meter at the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Championships
• Finished 4th in the 3,000-meter at the same meet
• Ran the 4th fastest indoor 3,000-meter time in Southern Utah history with a 8:07.61
• Ran the 5th fastest indoor 5,000-meter time in Southern Utah history with a 14:14.78 

2016 | Junior XC

• Ran for the Thunderbirds at the NCAA National Championships
• Earned All-Region status at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships, finishing in 12th place
• Earned All-Conference status at the 2017 Big Sky Championships, finishing in 7th place
• Finished 27th at the Notre Dame Invitational

2016 | Sophomore Outdoor

• Competed in eight outdoor races 
• Had three top ten finishes
• 1500 M best 3:51.93
• 5000 M best 14:23.61

2016 | Sophomore Indoor

• Competed in seven indoor races
• Finished first in the mile at the NAU Invitational with a 4:23.63 mark
• Had five other top ten finishes on the season
• Mile best 4:23.63
• 3000 M best 8:39.14
• 5000 M best 14:36.16

2015 | Sophomore XC

• Finished sixth at the Big Sky Conference Championship in the 8K with a time of 25:42.4
• Placed 40th at Regionals in the 10K for his 31:24.53 time
• With a personal best of of 24:36.8, finished 10th in the 8K at the UC Riverside Invitational
