Nick Pembroke has competed well to the track and field team at Southern Utah University. Here are some of his top times:

2024 Outdoors:

• UNLV Invite
  • Took fourth in the 400m with a time of 48.33 seconds.
• SUU Coliseum Championships
  • Placed third in the 400m with a time of 48.87 seconds.
• BYU Robison Invitational
  • Placed sixth in the 400m with a time of 49.28 seconds
• WAC Outdoor Championships
  • Finished the 400m prelims with a time of 48.64 seconds

2024 Indoors:

• BYU Cougar Invitational
  • Placed third overall in the 400m dash with a time of 49.64 seconds.
• Lumberjack Team Challenge
  • Hit new PR in the 200m with a time of 22.29 seconds.
  • Placed fourth in the 400m with a time of 48.94 seconds.
• Stacy Dragila Invitational
  • Placed third in the 400m with 49.94 seconds

2023 Outdoors:

• In the 200 meters event, Nick Pembroke achieved a time of 22.67 seconds with a wind reading of -0.6 at the 2023 Utah-WSU Spring Classic on April 7-8, 2023. He also participated in the 2023 Utah Tech Invitational on March 10-11, 2023, but his performance is listed as NT (no time) with a wind reading of -0.8.
• In the 400 meters event, Pembroke ran a time of 47.97 seconds at the 2023 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 11-13, 2023. He also competed in the 2023 BYU Robison Invitational on April 19-22, 2023, finishing with a time of 48.97 seconds. At the 2023 Utah-WSU Spring Classic, he ran the race in 48.51 seconds, and at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic on March 31-April 1, 2023, his time was 49.73 seconds. Additionally, at the 2023 Utah Tech Invitational on March 10-11, 2023, he finished with a time of 49.50 seconds.
• In the 4 x 400 relay event, Pembroke's team recorded a time of 3:08.20 at the 2023 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, and they achieved a time of 3:09.01 at the 2023 BYU Robison Invitational. At the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic, their time was 3:17.79. Unfortunately, there is no time listed for the relay event at the 2023 Utah Tech Invitational.

2023 Indoors:

• In the 200 meters event, Pembroke achieved a time of 22.93 seconds at the Ron Mann Classic on February 3-4, 2023.
• In the 400 meters event, he ran a time of 50.40 seconds at the Whitworth Invitational (Indoor) on February 10-11, 2023. He also participated in the Ron Mann Classic, where he recorded a time of 50.25 seconds. At the Lumberjack Team Challenge on January 20, 2023, he finished with a time of 50.20 seconds, and at the 2023 BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational on January 12-14, 2023, his time was 51.15 seconds.
• In the 4 x 400 relay event, Pembroke's team achieved a time of 3:31.31 at the Lumberjack Team Challenge. At the 2023 BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational, they recorded a faster time of 3:28.06.
