Kylee Wolf

Kylee Wolf enters her fourth year as an assistant coach of the Southern Utah University Softball team. Wolf made the quick transition from player to coach in 2016 immediately after wrapping up a record-breaking, four-year career as an outfielder for the Thunderbirds.

Originally from Spanish Fork, Utah, Wolf joined the Thunderbirds in 2013 as a freshman after playing softball for Spanish Fork High School. Wolf made an immediate impact, starting in 48 games as a freshman and finishing in the top five in slugging percentage, runs scored, hits, and RBI's.

Things only got better for Wolf later in her career. She helped lead the Thunderbirds to their first Big Sky Conference Championship and NCAA Regional appearance as a sophomore in 2014 and leading the team for three straight years in runs, hits, and stolen bases. In total she earned four Big Sky All-Conference honors, being named to the First Team in 2013 and 2014 and the Second Team in 2015 and 2016.

When her career came to an end after her senior season in 2016, Wolf had taken over as the all-time leader in runs scored by a wide margin. She scored 144 runs for the Thunderbirds breaking the previous record of 125 set in 2011 by Aly Daniels. Wolf also finished second all-time in hits (226), doubles (46), total bases (351), third all-time in stolen bases (51), and fourth all-time in home runs (25). She also holds the 12th highest career batting average (.332) and is just one of two players in the top 12 who played all four years at SUU.

Wolf graduated from Southern Utah University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
