Southern Utah University Athletics

Jessie Wilson comes to Southern Utah from Plain City, Utah where she played her high school ball for Fremont High School.

While at Fremont, she was named to the 5A All-Region first team and the 5A All-State second team in both her junior and senior seasons. She finished with a career .444 batting average, leading the team in homeruns and triples in her senior season and stolen bases in her junior season.

Jessie also played softball for the California Cruisers travel ball team. During Wilson's time on the team, the Cruisers won two Western National Championships (2012 & 2015) and took second place in the 2016 PGF Nationals.

Jessie has also been recognized for her performances off the field as she graduated from Fremont High with honors and was named a Family and Consumer Science Sterling Scholar. She was captain of the culinary team and was a member of the Fremont yearbook staff.

Jessie loves cats, Costa Vida, and has started her own cupcake baking business. Her parents are Jan & Tracy Wilson.
