2024-25: Sophomore Season

• Appeared in all 30 games for the Thunderbirds and had 28 starts
• Second on the team in scoring, averaging 10.5 points per game and five rebounds
• Shot 48% from the floor and 26% from three
• Scored in double figures 15 times, and had a 28 point, 10 rebound double-double against Park (AZ)
• Scored 20+ points three times on the year, including 28 against Park (AZ) and 27 against Abiliene Christian

2023-24: Freshman Season

• Appeared in all 30 games for Southern Utah, starting 28 of them
• Averaged 13.1 points and led the team with 7.3 rebounds per game
• Recorded seven double-doubles on the year
• Scored in double-figures 22 times, including a career-high 25 points in a win against ACU
• Pulled down a career-best 14 rebounds against CBU
• Was named WAC Newcomer of the Week
• Named to the WAC All-Freshman Team

Ava Uhrich joins Southern Utah from Burlingame, California. Uhrich spent her senior season at Pinewood High School, where she averaged a double-double with 17.6 points and 13.2 rebounds a game. Uhrich will look to continue her dominant play on the court this season as a member of the Thunderbirds.
