OUT 2009:  NCAA West Region qualifier in the hammer throw ... all-Summit League after finishing third in the hammer throw at the outdoor conference championships ... also scored points for SUU at the outdoor conference championships, finishing seventh in the javelin and eighth in the shot put ... competed in eight meets during the year.  IN 2009:  Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... scored points for the Thunderbirds at the indoor conference championships, finishing seventh in the shot put and eighth in the weight throw.  2005 (OUT):  Second-team all-Mid-Con after a runner-up finish in the shot put and third-place finish in the hammer at the outdoor championships.  2005 (IN):  Second-team all-Mid-Con after a runner-up finish in the shot put at the indoor championships ... recorded the No. 2 all-time mark in the shot put and No. 4 all-time mark in the weight throw during the season.  2004 (OUT):  Mid-Con co-Newcomer of the Year ... ranked second on the team in the hammer, shot put, javelin and discus.  2004 (IN):  Finished the season ranked second on the team in the weight throw and shot put.

Prep:  Two-year varsity letterwinner in track and field at SFHS ...  finished fourth in the shot put at state as a senior ... helped the Dons to a region title and runner-up finish on the state level as a senior ... also lettered in volleyball and softball ... earned academic all-state honors and was on the high honor roll and a National Honors Society board member.

Personal:  Parents are Dale and Annette Morrison ... majoring in secondary education with an emphasis in biology ... served an LDS mission in Tokyo, Japan from 2006-07.
