OUT 2013: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season, racing in the 800-meter and 1,500-meter runs and in the 4x400-meter relay ... finished first in the 1,500-meter run at the UNLV Invitational ... raced in the 800-meter run at the Big Sky Championship ... garnered academic all-Big Sky honors.  OUT 2012: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season, racing in the 400-meters, 800-meters, 1,500-meters and 4x400-meter relay ... finished third in the 800-meters at the SUU/UVU Dual ... garnered academic all-Summit League recognition.  OUT 2011: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season, running in the 400-meters, 800-meters and 4x400-meter relay ... garnered academic all-Summit League honors for the winter/fall season.  OUT 2010: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season ... was named to the 2010 Summit League Academic all- League team for Track and Field.

IN 2013: Competed in six meets during the indoor season, racing in the 400-meters, 800-metesr mile, 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay ... finished third in the 800-meters at the NAU Invitational. IN 2012: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, racing in the 4x400-meter relay, 800-meters, mile and distance medley relay ... finished 11th in the 800-meters at the Summit League Championship.  IN 2011: Competed in three meets during the indoor season, running in the 800-meters and 4x400-meter relay ... finished second in the 800-meter run at the Mountain States Games.  IN 2010: Competed in five meets during the indoor season ... helped the Thunderbirds to a third place finish at the 2010 Summit League Indoor Championships with a third place finish in the Distance Medley Relay.

XC 2012: Competed in four meets during the season ... led the T-Birds with a first-place finish at the Idaho State Invitational. XC 2011: Competed in two meets during the season ... garnered academci all-Summit League recognition.

Prep: 2007 and 2009 MVP for Brighton High School ... was the Region II Champion in the 400 in 2008 and 2009 ... part of the teams that hold the school records for the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays ... graduated in the top 3% of senior class with Honors.

Personal: Parents are Cass and Stacia Butler ... majoring in chemistry ... was named the 2010 College of Science Outstanding Freshman in Chemistry at Southern Utah University.
