OUT 2011: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, running in the 100-meter hurdles, 400-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter hurdles ... finished ninth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Summit League championship. OUT 2010: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season ... recorded season-best times of 15.69 in the 100-meter hurdles and 1:05.27 in the 400-meter hurdles.  OUT 2009: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season ... recorded season-best times of 16.59 in the 100-meter hurdles and 1:07.46 in the 400-meter hurdles.  OUT 2008: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season ... recorded season-best times of 15.50 in the 100-meter hurdles and 1:06.27 in the 400-meter hurdles.

IN 2011: Competed in two meets during the indoor season, running in the 60-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay.  IN 2010: Comepted in two meets during the indoor season ... recorded season-best times of 9.57 in the 60-meter hurdles and 1:00.77 in the 400-meter hurdles.  IN 2009: Competed in three meets during the indoor season ... recorded season-best times of 9.70 in the 60-meter hurdles and 1:02.06 in the 400-meter hurdles.  IN 2008: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... recorded season-best times of 9.85 in the 60-meter hurdles and 1:02.88 in the 400-meter hurdles.

Prep: Recorded PR's of 15.8 in the 100-meter hurdles and 5-0 in the high jump while competing at Parowan High School.
