OUT 2009:  NCAA West Region qualifier in the 1,500 and 5,000-meters ... missed the final meets of the year because of injuries ... competed in a total of six meets during the year.  IN 2009:  Did not compete.  XC 2008:  Did not compete.  2008 (OUT):  Did not compete.  2008 (IN):  Competed in six meets during the indoor season ... three-time all conference finisher at the indoor conference championships ... Summit League champion in the 3,000m, runner-up in the mile and third-place in the 5,000m.  2007 (XC):  NCAA national qualifier ... only female runner from The Summit League to qualify nationally ... runner-up at The Summit League cross country championships ... finished 18th at the NCAA regional meet. 2007 (OUT): NCAA regional qualifier in the 5,000-meters ... competed in eight meets during the season ... compiled ten top-five finishes, including four first-place performances ... Mid-Con runner up in the 5,000-meters and finished fourth in the 1,500- and 800-meters at the Mid-Con championships. 2007 (IN): Competed in six meets during the indoor season ... finished fourth (5,000m and mile) and third (3,000m) at the Mid-Con championships ... recorded a top-four finish in all but one race during the year.  2006 (XC): Competed in every meet during the cross country season ... was the Thunderbirds top finisher in every race during the season. 2006 (IN): Picked up second team all-Mid-Con recognition as part of the DMR team ... finished the year ranked fourth on the team in the mile (5:15.25) and fifth in the 3,000 (10:55.93) ... competed in the 800 (PR 2:20.83) and 1,500 (PR 4:50.12) ... earned academic all-conference honors. 2005 (XC): Ran in six of seven races and posted a pair of top-15 finishes, including a season-best 10-place showing at the Idaho State dual ... took 30th-overall at the Mid-Con championships with a 6K PR of 24:13.6 ... posted a 5K PR of 19:31 at UC Riverside ... earned academic all-conference honors.

Prep: Earned eight combined varsity letters in track and cross country at Enterprise HS ... three-time region cross country individual champion and helped lead the Wolves to a region title as a senior ... won three-consecutive region titles in the 800m and 1,600m and was state champion in the 1,600m and 3,200m in 2005 ... also lettered in basketball.
