CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Southern Utah University Thunderbirds wrapped up conference competition on Saturday, March 19th at their conference championship in Boise, Idaho. A handful of Southern Utah gymnasts were recognized with awards for their achievements throughout the 2016 season.
Junior Danielle Ramirez was honored with First Team rank in the all-around as well as on individual events, vault and beam.
Senior Natalie Trejo made First Team on the floor exercise and Second Team in the all-around and bars.
Junior Stacie Webb was awarded First Team on the balance beam.
Junior Kirstie Yee was awarded Second Team on the uneven bars.
