FARMINGTON, Utah -- Southern Utah's Corrin Peterson has been named Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week following a record-setting performance against Eastern Washington. 

Peterson set the single-game assists record, as she dished out 66 against the Eagles. 

The Lehi native has 1,028 total assists this season and had 111 over the course of the weekend for the Thunderbirds. 

Her played helped the Thunderbirds go 2-0 over the weekend. 

The Thunderbirds will embark on their quest for a Big Sky Conference title on Thursday at noon when they face off against the Weber State Wildcats in Sacramento, California.
